This is just my opinion as my experience is going to be very different to most. My father in law was privileged to be taken out to sea and have his ashes scattered by the crew. This is not normally something they do everyday, but with his grandad previously working for the lifeboat station here and him being in the Navy, they agreed that we could take him home to Hoylake and do this. Stay safe and keep doing what you're doing. You have no idea just how great...
Read moreThis is a fantastic place filled with amazing people. We went on a tour around the place and got to see many exciting and interesting things. The guide that lead us around was brilliant, so informative and very open to questions. I am very grateful that this place and organisation exists. The building is modern and new. Very clean and easy to get around. They have an observation deck where you can see out to sea. The place has many years of history and some very proud moments too. Would definitely recommend going even is you don't look around the inside as they have practice runs every week or so which the kids will love to watch. Will be back...
