Amazing ice cream! Wish I lived closer!

Happened upon this ice cream shop accidentally on a visit to hoy lake. I wasn’t in the mood for ice cream but the shop front was very inviting and we saw a man leave with a cup. Couldn’t resist as I knew it would be special.

The flavours were very interesting and inventive. The quality is better than I’ve ever had. The flavour and intensity don’t fade. It lasts from the first spoonful to the end of the pot.

I will be making special trips to hoylake from now on whenever I fancy...

I love the fact that we found this place today on a local walk. Set off the main high street, well worth a slight detour. Such great flavours, lovely staff and very allergy aware. No cross contamination of flavours as they use one scoop per flavour, not one scoop for each flavour that is dipped in water between flavours. Will definitely be back. Had the dark chocolate and sea salt, white chocolate and honeycomb and fig leaf and honey. Oh and 5 star food hygiene rating too. What more...
