I bought a green dot card there put $100 on the card there went to activate it and that card was registered by someone else already Pluss the same day I bought 4 cans of cat food got home and I was charged for 8 cans on my receipt. I been calling for 3days now and no one answered at least 15 calls each day and they don't answer. And that bath room has been out of order for month according to the management there .the board of health should shut them down and answer your dam phone ! This is a update on my green dot card On july 14 th green dot sent me a gmail stating that they are not responsible for my $100 loss. WOW ! Seriously??? Sk i thought all was lost . Untill the next morning on the 15th I call general dollars headquarters.and they were so nice and understanding a district manager i believe her name was Melissa and she felt terrible about what happened to me.and then she said dont worry we will give you another $100 card or mycash back . Double WOW !!! She said go see Sabrina the store manager and she will take card of it for me . I went to the store and Sabrina was so nice and asked which I preferred another card or the cash . I took the cash . Shd felt so bad about what happened. All the workers there have always been so nice and helpful to me . Ty general dollar store and ty Sabina...

The lights were on but the doors were locked. I called, and Jason answered. I asked if they were open, he said “we close at 10, and I’ve pretty much locked the doors already.” I informed him I just needed some sugar, and that google said they don’t close until 10.
