I purchased a (supposed to be) NEW bedroom set from Gallery on Butternut and a few other items. I originally purchased my furniture in April 2018. Noticed more and more defects after seeing it once it was set up (I have pics of all) and called for my warranty information. It was supposed to be given to me with the extra bedside table that I was waiting for. After 6 weeks of waiting, I called to see what was going on. Learned of new management that had no idea about my wait. Or the warranty that I was actually not informed about being able to purchase Instead of it being mfg warranty. Then was given the WRONG table. After multiple conversations with multiple managers about the NOT new items I received, they finally replaced everything except the stools (they ordered the wrong ones, now on backorder but that’s not a big issue) and the bunkie mattress (it’s perfect). The furniture that I received as a replacement has more damage than the pieces they came to replace. Instead of contacting Gallery again, I contacted the finance company. They were in correspondence with the manager at the store last week but now hasn’t received a response since the first one. They suggested that I call and request a chargeback and pickup from Gallery until they can complete the steps of contacting them and attempting to settle the issue. The manager informed me that he would call his supervisor (last Friday) and he(supervisor) would be back in contact with me or the finance company. Tuesday I called back and he informed me that the supervisor was out of town and he’d be in sometime this week. I requested that he call him so we can get this resolved. He said he would and that was that. I just want folks to be aware that your full price furniture is not always in the brand new condition that you are hoping to receive.
