EZPAWN (1381 Sayles Boulevard, Abilene) — Local services in Abilene

The worst store in Abilene . We have done business with them for years and even gave them more business after one of the employees tried to steal my wife's wedding ring . The latest situation, I took 2 I pads in to get a loan on. The lady that helped me convieniently put my phone number in wrong. When my wife called two weeks later to g3t the total cost and to pick up the ipads she was told I did not have an account and wasn't in the system. My wife called back several times to try and get the ipads. Finally when we went to the store the same lady that took my ipads in was working and denied accountability for entering the info wrong. She blamed someone else. I asked her if she could make me a deal because of the mistake and she tried to charge me more than it would have been if I had paid 3 months worth of interest , but she insisted she was giving me a great deal until I made her do the math with interest lol ... Long story short ... The store is full of crooks .. I would NOT recommend doing business here ! This was the manager by the way ! Her name is Mica I believe ..... Terrible customer service , and even worse...

The manager is rude and should demoted So normally I really try to stay positive and focus on good when I deal with businesses but this place Ez Pawn on 14th and Sayles will rip you off they pawn your stuff and when you go get it back play this I cant find it or they give you something not yours or even one more they will take your stuff that is not due for a day or two and sell it. This is not how you run a business. They blocked me cuz I told them No that I could take my stuff down the street and get a better deal well because I said that they blocked me from pawning there again not a big deal to me cuz they only employee druggies. Also had two people that do not work there in the back going tho peoples stuff. So please a heads up watch the business you do at Ez Pawn on south 14th and sayles. Went here shopping for a bass guitar. I found one I liked but noticed all the frets had been removed. After I pointed this out they gave me a pretty fair discount on the bass and I almost bought it. They were very kind. Came back later to buy it. Wanted to test it (just in case) They informed me they always test them but I was welcome to.

One of the pickups didn’t even work. At this point I would only buy it for parts but they wouldn’t go any lower. Nobody who knows anything about guitars would buy it, they should have just chalked it up as a loss and sold it to me for anything they could get.

They do not test what they buy and seem to have little to no knowledge of what they’re selling.
