Once you walk in to the Extreme Car Audio showroom you will be instantly impressed. The showroom gives you so many options of speakers to not only see, but also to hear. They have cheaper speakers for someone who might want a small upgrade to their current system, and they have amazing expensive high-quality speakers to give your car the best system it can have...and they have everything in between. I brought my car in to upgrade the sound system. I ended up with the Focal K2 Power speakers. I did not know that this was the system that I wanted, but Mike worked with me to explain what I would get out of it and the best part was the speakers were right in the showroom so I could listen to what the speakers sounded like before they were installed. I fell in love with these speakers once I heard them, and that is the best part about the store...the ability to hear the system you want before you get it installed. Mike gives you all the information you could possibly want about any of the systems in the whole store, so you feel comfortable with spending what you want, and knowing that you will get the quality that you want. You don't have to be an expert on sound or sound systems...Mike will give you all the info you need to make an educated decision on what will work best for you. There is never any pressure when you go to Extreme Car Audio, it's very relaxed environment there. I spent almost 3 hours in the store just going over option before I decided to spend the money. Ā Ā Ā Read morewaited 7 hours to have vantrue n4 dash cam installed, was charged $150 and when i got home i noticed it wasnt hardwired as i had instructed which would allow me to use parking mode, to add insult to injury the back camera was installed with not enough slack so it pulled out the first time the rear door shut, i called and was told it was my fault for not providing the instructions which were in the center console, they didnt check their work but charged me for 90 minutes of work, the other shop fixed it in less than 15 minutes (mobile car pro norwood), i did attempt to get them to fix it but they played pretend phone tag giving me excuses and then wanted to me to schedule another apt and bring my vehicle in and drop it off for an entire day rather than have me come back in and fix their error, i got scammed for $150 and could have got another shop to do it properly for less than half the cost, i want my money back but doubt the rip off artist rockin the 80s def leopard hair cut with matching attitude would do anything but act snotty and tell me off, avoiding conflict on this one means eating 150 bucks and letting a dbag escape untouched, bbb is...

We set up a date and time for me to bring my car in - first thing in the morning, so that I could wait while the work was done. I impressed on the owner that my schedule and location was such that I couldn't drop off my car. No problem - come in first thing, and it should take about an hour. They were very happy to charge $650 on my card for the deposit. The week I am scheduled to bring my car in - I get a call to say that they haven't been able to get the 8200 - but they could install the 8100 model. I agreed, since I didn't have another time to get the work done. On the agreed date - I arrived at the shop - where I find that I am not listed to wait while the work is done. The person at the counter gives me the "it's not my fault - the GUY didn't write you down as waiting - and there are two guys in ahead of you. Can you leave it?"
