My name is Michelle and I came in for my first ever appointment at your spa Yesterday with Abby. ABBY Is exceptional. She is caring....kind...attentive and went above and beyond her position because she stayed 1 hour late to take care of me who was her 1st time client. The place was immaculate and new and so well maintained which beyond impressed me. The massage was relaxing...the room beautiful and the music was excellent too. I VERYYY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place because the company cares and are professional from the get go....Abby answered the phone quickly.......she was patient while answering my questions even when she had a client with her. These women are heaven sent! Whether you see Monica, Sala, or Nana you will always be in excellent hands! I’ve been to multiple massage places for years due to chronic shoulder and neck pain until I stumbled across them and they have my loyalty! They are so thorough and careful. They actually care about your health. If you have an area you want them to focus on, they will do that x10! Or they are excellent at determining what your body needs, even if you aren’t aware, and they get all the knots and tension out! I was in so much pain earlier from sleeping wrong where my shoulders were limited with how much they could move and after a 90 min deep massage session I walked out not only feeling relived but also being able to move more fluidly! Their prices are reasonable and I love their scheduling system because you don’t have to wait weeks for an opening, you can make an appointment the same day! First thing the beds are over sized (love that) and when laying down on the over size bed I noticed that it was heated (awesome) . I had the pleasure of having Abby as my masseuse (supper sweet) , Abby first went over my concerns and problem spots just like they do on the very expensive cruise masseuse (impressive) . Abby's stretching techniques worked wonders on my neck pain. I have been getting messages for over 20 years and for the first time ever Abby noticed a mussel under my arm pit that was knotty and explained it was from stretching forward , Abby hit it on the spot in my possession of 24 years that is the biggest part of my work.
