Sweet Fire Tobacco — Local services in Acme Township

Was double charged for a product on the spot and it was fixed then and there. Then at about 2am that night I was charged again for the exact same amount by the store. I go in the next day and show them the charge on my banking app. They then tell me that they need a bank statement to do a refund.. So I brought the bank statement and they tell me they can't do a refund without the manager. So then I come back the next day and the manager tells me they can't do a refund without the owner and that I need a more up to date bank statement...

Then about 3 days after the first three charges I receive a FOURTH charge, from one of their other locations. At this point things are getting really sketchy and I bring the info back to the store, and they have the audacity to tell me that they only charged me once and basically that I'm lying.

After that I disputed the charges with the bank and don't ever plan on stepping foot in that place again. They do not properly protect your info. Plus their ability to help resolve issues is severely crippled by the owner who apparently is the only one who can issue a refund....

Nice place. Great selection of roll your own tobacco products as well as everything you could ever need for vaping.

Update 12/2023: Unfortunately this place has gone completely downhill since Glenda left. New manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I came in last week for some vape juice that ended up being out of stock. It appeared she was putting an order away when I came into the store. There was no one else in the there. She literally threw a box aside as she came to me like I was really disrupting what she was doing. I asked if there were any comparable products to meet me needs. She walked away from the service counter and told me she doesn't use "that stuff" as she had her back to me. I was completely floored. I will NEVER be coming back here, and I've been a loyal customer since this opened 5 or 6 years ago. Very disappointing. I hope something will be done about that woman, as this wasn't the first time she behaved so...

This business in Acme, Michigan is more than deserving of a zero. Entered the store on 8-14-20. Absolutely no one in the store is wearing a mask even the employees. I bought something and it didn't work, and they would not let me return it. In order to make sure it worked, the middle aged lady working there told me I would have to take off my mask and try it in front of her. They also one time recently made me dig through trash due to the same reason. This place has no regard for human life, they are only out for the money. If you are running a business, how does health and safety not come first??? I will never be back here and I hope they lose all of...
