RELOCATED! If, like us, you sometimes miss the important detail, the Acton Farmers market (summer 2020) is now on Elm Street. They’ve wrapped it around two tennis courts to space the vendors nicely apart, and everyone circulated counter-clockwise. It works. The odd thing is that there were 12 stands the day we went (July 25th), and only one of them sold produce from a farm. Mostly it was a “local artisan food market” - granola, middle-eastern food, micro-greens, meat & eggs, pasta, a Peruvian bakery & cookies plus soap, herbal teas & dog treats. Acorn chia tea, acorn flour, some spruce drink that was out of this world, chestnut shortbread, and the best flour from trees from everywhere! Read moreThis farmer's market is open until early October. It has several meat vendors, one fish vendor, several bake goods vendors, one jam and honey vendor, and a few others. It is located in a paved area around some tennis courts, with most of the parking pretty far away.
