So listen the man that owns the shop top-tier performance and quality no most people are scared off Most Bike shops due to pricing or not knowing what they’re doing none of that is an issue with this guy he is fair and he knows his shit i’ve had him work on two different bikes that are absolutely massive. OK the first one was having issues. I brought it to him on two separate occasions he took it all apart. He found what the problem was and did the absolutely best job ever finding out was wrong what was wrong? Fix it the first time . And I bought them again a couple months later because there was faulty bikes pieces from the factory that built it he took it apart again found out what was wrong. Sadly, it was unable to be fixed or repaired so we wrote up a great letter to the company and got me a replacement Bike sent to me Quickly and And efficiently which I dropped off today, which should be ready in a couple days and I have no doubt in my mind just like the first bike will be put together the right way quickly efficiently, an amazingly well done. And the best part is he does custom builds too. When I went in there today I found a bike on the building rack that’s building from the ground up and this bike looks immaculate and pristine so for anyone looking for a proper Bike shop whether it’s a quick fix assembly or a custom build if you’re in a 50 mile radius of Boston This is the place you need to go to . I believe you should pay someone based on the performance of their work. His prices are a little bit pricier than most other shops but as well worth the amount you pay because he will make sure shits done like you’re buying a bike off a showroom floor. He’s that good . After completely messing up my brand new MTB alignment and loosening up my shifter cable while trying to fix something I had no idea how to fix (being new to the MTB scene) subsequently I had to bring the bike to a professional to undo my mess up. Hakan allowed me to drop off my bike the same day, and in less than 24 hours, he had the bike shifting smoothly and shifter cable back to proper tension.
