DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES, OR ANY STAPLES FOR THAT MATTER. Save time and money, and frustration and anger, and go to office depot!! This is by far the worst customer service and store experience I have ever experienced. Ordered online for store pick up some toner for my printer, picked up my order, came home, they gave me the wrong toner. So no biggie right, WRONG. I thought I could go exchange for the right toner, bc clearly on my receipt I ordered 218, so this was NOT my fault. So after driving the 30 minutes it takes to get there from my home, I am told I have to wait 10 days for my money to be credited back to my account and then I can repurchase the toner. So not only did I have to go there twice, but I am out of $100 dollars for weeks while I wait on my money to go back for something i had no control of and did not do. I ordered the correct toner, they need glasses. I recently did an online order with them again, like a dummy, and went there to pick it up.. and wow what a joke!! I was told that no one had even began to shop my order that I placed the day before (their website promises it will be ready in 1 hour) This was well over 28 hours.... So the lady tell me I can shop my own order. So I shop my order hoping it will speed this whole process up, they are out of almost all the items I originally ordered and then I go to check out, have to wait at least 30 minutes... the 2 girls at the front are brand new, dont have a clue what they are doing, bless their hearts, and their manager doesnt give a crap about anything. they ask him questions over the walkie talkie and he doesnt even wanna help them just wonders around the store trying to look like he is busy meanwhile got a line out the door and 2 new girls who are clueless! absoulte disappointment. I ended up being in that store almost 3 hours while I shopped my own order and then had to wait forever for them to figure out how to fix my order, which never happened. They had to refund most of my item so you know what that means, waiting another 10 days for my money to come back. So now im out of that money too. To make it even better, I ordered new toner and papertowels from the cartersville location, hoping to god it would be better than acworth, and they dont give me my paper towel but charge me for it and i received the wrong toner again!!! I am starting to believe they are messing with me! seriously.. and the manager at acworth, yall seriously need to fire. 2 girls at the front are good, they just need trained and i know could be a better manager then the one you got now. this store is a joke yall. I’m an architecture student, and good quality presentations are extremely important. I needed my portfolio bound and printed. This portfolio was 10% of my final grade. I needed to pick it up on Monday before my class started at 3:00. I called a day before (Sunday), requesting that I could pick up my portfolio by 2:00 on Monday. I was told that it could be done no problem, and that they would write a note. Monday morning, I called again just to make sure that it was still doable. I was told a similar response, that it was doable and that she would write a note. On Monday, I arrived at 1:50 expecting that my print would be ready soon. At 2:00 the person at the counter acknowledged the time I had requested, told me that she had not started my print yet, and it would be ready at 2:15. I expected a little delay, and I was alright with waiting a little longer. When it was 2:15 I came back to the counter for my print, and the person said that she still had not started my print. At this point I needed to leave. She told me It would be done before 3:00. It went from 2:00 to 2:15 to 3:00. At 2:45, she was done with my print. She handed it to me, and said I could go free of charge, and walked away from the printing center before I could say anything. I took a look at the print, and she completely butchered it. The bounding was on the wrong side and parts of my print were cut off. My layout of my portfolio was completely messed up because of this mistake. Because of this, my portfolio submission was ruined, and I was late to class. I had to wait an hour for this. My time was wasted.
