We recently had Allied Flooring install new shower tile and flooring in our home, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walk-through, the entire process was smooth, professional, and a great customer experience.

Special thanks to Lissa Rivera, our consultant, who was an absolute lifesaver. We really struggled with choosing the right tile colors and combinations, and she guided us with patience, insight, and a keen eye for design. Thanks to her, we ended up with the perfect tile layout—something we now get compliments on constantly!

The craftsmanship from the Allied Flooring team was nothing short of phenomenal. Their attention to detail was spot-on, especially in areas like the transition from the niche to the base of the shower. It’s clear they care deeply about the quality of their work and take pride in the final product. The photos I’ve included don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful it really looks in person!

My experience with Allied as been a wonderful experience. From day one Dave the Manger worked with me to achieve getting a project been that was started by someone else. We had many of discussion of what type of rug I wanted for my hallway stairs. We came to a price that I could afford and was pleased with the material. The day that the project was to be done Dave had a call out from an installer were my days of are limited Dave got another installer here after he finished his first job. Oscar did a great job. He is very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable of his skills.They had to come back a second day to do my laminate floor just due to time. I can't tell you how amazed at the job Oscar did on my bedroom and hallway floor. He took his time and paid close attention to very detail. I would highly recommend Allied Flooring in Leominster to anyone. The only thing they need to do is have the mother company put a sign close to the road for them. It is not easy to find but worth it...

My husband and I are so happy with our decision to go with Allied Flooring. We bought a house in Feeding Hills recently and the carpet was UNIQUE to say the least (golf clubs and all). We knew off the bat that we wanted to change the flooring before we officially moved in. Pamela in sales was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the flooring, ordering and scheduling.

Chris our installer did a phenomenal job. We had a small hiccup when we realized there was particle board underneath the rug (flooring nightmare to some) he took on the task and even added plywood afterwards to ensure the floor was even and level. This allowed us to not have a transition between the kitchen and this room.

Chris was timely, focused and was able to get the job done in less than 2 days.

Also best of luck to Alia as she starts her job! She came and shadowed for a little while on day 1.
