Went in with the intent to buy first time/entry level equipment. I wasn't upsold and just showed options and main uses for markers with no judgement on what I bought. I was helped along getting all the odds and ends needed to play and was again not sold anything extra unless I wanted it (ex didn't sell an air tank to me unless I wanted it, saying rentals were available at their field and other fields). Excellent place to play airsoft and paintball in western mass. Multiple different fields with cqb, long distance, two floor buildings, and a fort. Staff is very friendly and helpful while enforcing safety to make sure everyone has a great experience. The regular airsoft community at Xtreme is full of people willing to help and teach.
