I went to a mechanic to get my head and taillights replaced and felt like the shop was disrespecting me and wanting to rip me off. I decided to try and replace them myself and went to O'Reilly's where Mike (Michael?) completely made my day! He was friendly, attentive, caring, helped me choose affordable lights, and even came out to my car and taught me how to change the lights, in addition to other parts of the car. Never had an issue with service, just the PRICES! They are really expensive compared to online. If you are in a pinch and need a part, these guys will go out of their way to make sure you get it fast....most cases same day.
