The first time I went here, I had noticed how amazingly cheap and good quality the vape products were that they had in store, compared to other stores in both Aiken and Augusta! There is a variety of cartridges, models, and oils to choose from and those was what I was focused on. When I first got my vape here, it was a rechargeable pen plus CBD oil. The employee who served us was very informative and provided all the essentials to what vape I preferred. Even if the store does not have the item(s) you are looking for, they do an effort to order your item and have it there with their next shipment received. The store location is easily noticeable driving down the main road, with viable parking on the side, and many decoration lights. I like the arrangements of their hookahs and bongs that they have on display. The shop also closes much later (usually closes at 10PM) compared to other vape shops in the area. That makes it much more convenient, and I like it. I tend to look into the discount box of oils, as they range from $9 to $15 and are basically a full container. They also include military discounts so don't forget to show your ID!The only downside is no refunds or exchanges at all, so my fist choice could not have changed. But overall, if it wasn't for the fact that I am only staying in SC temporarily, I would be visiting this shop to get my cartridges and oils. Update from a two star review: The owner of the business contacted me and let me know that they would be sure to do what they could to serve me the products I want in a timely manner. I'll admit that sometimes a business can just make a mistake. It means everything that a business has the integrity to own up to a mistake and do what they can to make it right. I've continued shopping at smoke crave since the owner reached out to me and asked me to come into the store to make it right and gave me the biggest bottle of my favorite juice as an apology.

Previous Review: I have given this store a ton chances mainly because the location is convenient. The last six or seven visits, they’ve been out of the juices that I need and I keep having to buy something I haven't tried before and, so far, each flavor has not been good and I have had to suffer through it or burn my money. I will not be back.
