I visited this location to pick up food for my family while we were at the hospital with my dad. I pulled into the carhop spot rather than the drive-thru. I did have a large order, however, after every item I ordered the cashier would say “is that it?” I ordered a lemon-berry slush which is something I have gotten for YEARS and the cashier rang up a frozen lemonade which appeared on the screen. I asked her to change it to a lemon-berry slush and she said “we don’t have that.” I asked, “can I not get a strawberry slush with lemon?” She replied “no.” I told her the frozen lemonade would be fine although I was unconvinced she was right. Lo and behold, I turned to the advertisement on my right at the carhop spot and there was a sign for a “strawberry lemonade slush.” When the food came out a different girl brought it. I checked my order before pulling out because I did order for 4 people and I understand mistakes happen. The chili cheese tots I had ordered were not in the bag. I pressed the call button and told them part of my order wasn’t brought out. The same waitress came out and asked for my receipt to which I told her “you didn’t give me one.” She asked what I ordered and I had to repeat my entire order until she said “oh the big order I just brought.” She returned and said “you didn’t order a chili cheese tot.” I assured her that I did and that it appeared on the screen when I ordered it. She said “we can ring you up for one.” I was frustrated and in a hurry so I just told her not to worry about it. The customer service is pitiful!! Not to mention the other food I received...

I ordered two sides of sausage with my meal and this is what they provided me with, two fully uncooked raw patties that they tried to cook together for a few seconds and they didn't cook AT ALL! Still 100% frozen inside and out. Complete waste of my money! Once I got home, I immediately called them at the Richland Ave location and the guy named Chris answers and said "I didn't serve you. I was out back working on my car when you came through our drive thru line..." He then said "just bring the sausage back its not that big of a deal." Wow!!!! Raw pork isn't a big deal for their food safety industry ratings. Read moreExtremely clean. The Carhops are wonderful and the service is great. Sometimes there is a wait but that's because the food is actually fresh and they don't give you stale/old food like a lot of other fast food places. The app sucks and the managers don't know too much on the best ways to use it but that isn't the restaurants fault. That is corperate. The store itself is 5 stars but Sonic should've sent GMs/Managers more info on the App and also fix the app. That isn't the store's fault though! If there is multiple cars and your order taked a while keep in mind it is probably fresh and they technically can have 15/16 orders at once. If the parking lot has 7 cars it is possible everyone ordered back to back. I don't think people realize this and/or realize when an issue is on corperate like pricing or the app. The store can't help those things. Awesome store, though and...
