I don’t usually do this, but I am sitting here eating cold food and I’m angry. Went thru the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking the bag before driving home (10+ minutes). Got home to find half of the order missing. It was other peoples food so I immediately got the receipt and went back. Went inside to be ignored for a minimum of 5 minutes. Someone who I believe was the manager called out to me saying order on the kiosk or she would be there shortly . 5 minutes later with no help, orders going out the drive thru and my receipt sitting on the counter she finally sends the window person to help me. I explain the issue and she promptly goes to the person who acknowledged me and tells them my problem. The lady finally comes to the counter where I explain that half of my order is missing (some items were never put on the order to even receive). She types my items in and says order will be out shortly. I reminded here that I hadn’t paid for two items and she says I know. I guess I’m supposed to know she was comping me 2 bean burritos. She goes back to helping with orders, 7 ORDERS went out the drive thru before mine even came up to be made. After another 15+ minutes of standing at the counter I finally got my order wish a short “here you are ma’am, sorry”. Was that for the original mistake, for my missing items taking so long to make, or for me going home to cold food because this process took 25 minutes. Read moreWent by The North side Taco bell for a midnight lunch snack since I was working. The drive through window girl was courteous enough. I order a few burritos and some cinnabon bits. I ordered a 12 pack to snack on until 6am and I was told they were out of them. Full menu until 0100 and this was 0041. She then tells me she has 8 left. I pull over to another parking lot to eat and shortly notice all of the things I ordered were not included in the bag. I head back over to get my 8 cinnabons that weren't included in the bag and the manager asked where they went. The courteous drive through girl speaks up giggling saying we ate them. Mind you the store is still open. The manager then asked what I wanted to do.... Either a refund or come back tomorrow for the cinnabons? I told him a refund and he counts out the refund for just their mistake and then asked me to sign the receipt because they messed up and he was having to do a refund. I then educated him on what he should be doing besides refunding their mistake, but the whole order. I definitely wouldn't have spent 15 minutes blasting the Taco bell on Google maps about an easy fix. I will let you know that when I go back to this Taco bell I will check the bag before leaving their drive...
Read morethe girl who actually gave me my food was great, kind, and super fast, the food itself.. as for the burritos they were normal and up to taco bell standards, the tacos were awful, even for taco bell, I got 2 volcano tacos and the bottoms stuck to the wrapper, which is understandable, but the tacos tasted absolutely awful, like something had been done to them, they had a taste of like.. paper and chemicals, I couldn’t even stomach them, something is wrong with the stock of volcano taco shells, or they’re being improperly prepared or handled, perhaps they were prepared on a freshly cleaned surface or something, but holy ** they were awful, even for Taco Bell standards, like I don’t expect much but christ it tasted like I was eating cleaner soaked tacos, not to mention the fact that they were super underfilled and smashed when I got them, all of this would’ve gone fine with me if they didn’t taste like something that’s not safe to eat, I wouldn’t have left this review if that were not the case.
