After visiting KFC on Richland avenue Aiken South Carolina I'm very displeased and their service and the way the food is made I usually come to KFC on Richmond avenue Aiken because it's faster and it's closer to where I live but after visiting KFC in Clearwater South Carolina, the service and the food was excellent the the store was spotless so I decided to get to KFC on Richland avenue Aiken South Carolina one more chance. So today I returned 2 that particular store. Was there a disappointed yet again the store look like it has not been cleaned in a couple days the tables was not wiped off the trash can and both locations of the store was overflowing with trash days soda machine needed to be clean or something because our sodas did not taste fresh the food way overcooked and the the worker's was very rude it seems to me that the worker's needed so training in how to interact and or talk to their customers in a way that is not rude. Even the boss they are at KFC on Richland avenue needs to take a class on how to speak the right way two customers this store should be really look into and it possibly getting something done about this. For the employees and bossman think that how they run that store is good they need have a food Awakening to them. Therefore myself, my boyfriend, my family, and friends and their families and friends and so on we will not return to KFC on Richland avenue Aiken South Carolina anymore until something will be done about that store even though the KFC in Clearwater is way out of my drive. I will go the extra 20 miles give or take to go to that store in Clearwater, before I stepped foot in that store on Richland avenue Aiken. The store in Clearwater South Carolina is so much cleaner the employees and boss speaks to you in a way that it shows that they care about that location the store and food at Clearwater is an excellent store I just don't understand how the same KFC branch in two different cities in the same state is own by the same parson and yet one location is not up to standards in the other location is way above standards. How can this be somebody is dropping the ball on what really is going on. Read moreI usually don't have a problem with this KFC. However, I visited on Christmas eve to pick up lunch (which was my mistake in the first place) and had a horrible experience. Ordered one meal and waited almost 20 minutes. When it was finally ready, they handed my order to the wrong customer, who went through the bag/box, touched the food, then handed it back and told them it was the wrong order. They then tried to hand me the order after it had been touched by some stranger and given back. When I said no, the guy at the counter got upset and told his manager he was leaving. Then I had to ask them to remake it because everyone at the counter walked away after asking me why I didn't want the food just because someone else touched it. Another 15 minute wait and then at the end of it, they brought out the same bag that they had already given to the wrong customer. They didn't even remake the order and had the audacity to treat me like I was too stupid to notice the cold food and the opened, rummaged through box and bag. I have worked in restaurants before and I know how busy it can get, but food safety wise that is ridiculous. I will never spend my money there again and I urge others to please not give them your business. The people there, including managers, clearly do not care about food safety. Read moreService and food was great up until today. The food is still very good, however, the drive thru service was awful. For some unknown reason the lady at the drive thru had a bad attitude and even had the nerve to seem as if she was aggravated b/c I was attempting to correct her. I still am confused as to how she heard 2 piece chicken when clearly I ordered a Georgia gold 3 piece tender. Not sure what she is going through today but whatever it is, it should not have been taken out on me. She even went as far as closing my order prior to me finishing. By that point I was appalled and aggravated by this employees behavior. I pulled around and paid for my food and was prepared to go elsewhere to feed the other child that I did not order for. Before I received my food I made sure no other drivers where behind me, which there wasn't. After getting my food I took a few extra seconds to make sure I got what I ordered and the same lady that took my order rudely leaned out the drivethru window and asked me to pull forward to check my order and stayed there until I pulled off. Since when did that ever become a problem, jeez? I have done that plenty times prior to this incident.
