Waffle House — Restaurant in Aiken County

My girlfriend and I walked into the Waffle House and it was moderately busy, maybe about 6 people. We walked in and the tables were disgusting and the waitresses were rude. We walked in and sat down, the waitresses at this time looked at us and didn't greet us or say anything to us. We proceeded to find the cleanest table and sat. We sat for five minutes while one waitress stood around doing nothing and the other one was dealing with another customer, but was done shortly after. We proceeded to wait a few minutes for a waitress to come over and greet us or notify us that "they could server us in a moment." After ten minutes has passed, since we were just chatting about our day's while we were waiting to be waited, two more customers walked in and scrambled to find another clean booth to seat at. After about 10 seconds of sitting down, a waitress came over greeted them and proceeded to bust their table ask them what they would like to drink. My girlfriend and I haven't done anything rude or disrespected the waitresses at all at this point to warrant this behavior, may I also add that all the other customer, the six of them, has already been servered or waiting on their orders.

This poor display being waited on was upsetting and disheartening. After the other two customers that came in 10 minutes after us was waited on within 10 seconds of sitting down, we both just got up and left.

I have eaten many time at this restaurant, but I have never been treated like this before at...

After visiting the store in Clearwater South Carolina, I was very displeased with the service I received at that location, the employees at that location was not quit so friendly, we had a he/she waiter threw a straw at me. To the food was not very tasteful to say the least. However I wasn't going to let that stop us from going to waffle House. So my boyfriend and I decided to visit the Richland avenue location in Aiken SC, we was very very pleased in that location. The employees are friendly and Happy and cheerful. When we get into the parking lot they see us and have are drinks and food cooking on the grill before we even get to sitdown. We were glad at this location up til this evening when we come into the store. Everything was great until we got our food. Our food didn't even look good the bacon was burnt the waffle was not cook all the way done. The eggs one was busted and the other one was way over cooked. The toast was burnt and the hash brown was not cook to way we like it. We still eat it and it wasn't very tasteful not at all. Now I don't know about y'all. But when it comes to my boyfriend getting his belly full on food, but if my boyfriend don't get the food the way he want it he is very grumpy and not someone that wants to be around to say the least. Now I have to tend and deal with not so friendly boyfriend due to some people tht don't know...

Waffle house on Richland Avenue in Aiken S C. The bacon was black the waffles were not cooked through dough in the middle. Sent back and a new cook was on she fixed new food correctly. Insects were crawling over the window ledge, coming from missing tiles behind the condiments. There were seeds stuck on the wall along with food. The windows were beyond filthy. When our waitress, SHARK BAIT , yes was displayed on her name tag, brought our check I called the C/S number giving her the number from our ticket, showing to the camera where and when we were there, the missing tiles, and insects.
