Lotus&Lily’s Nails — Local services in Airway Heights

My sisters and I came to town as a "meet in the middle" from different cities/states and made appointments for pedicures for the following day. There were 3 of us and unfortunately only 1 of the 3 of us had a positive experience. Despite having appointments all at the same time, none of our services started at the same time. Myself and one of my sisters had to wait so long that our water was actually cold by the time they got there to start.

I thought it was really nice that we were able to choose our "flavors" and that they came all prepackaged for the technician. My technician was very kind however, I don't feel like she really did much to make it a spa experience. As I was the 3rd one to get done, I also felt like I was herded out the door after a while since my sisters were done before me.

Finally, I did not appreciate the off handed comments from my 1st sisters technician upon hearing that we were sisters that "Her middle sister is the big one not the youngest" I don't think she could ever really understand how hurtful it is to have it pointed out that you are much bigger than your siblings - Like it isn't something I am very aware of every day of my entire life.

E.T.A. = Yes, as a sign of respect we showed up early to our appointment, we acknowledged this and we were happy to pick out our colors and wait. No one asked us to soak, we were told to go sit. I did get a refill on water which is why my pedicure was started last.

Please do not further insult me by claiming a language barrier misunderstanding, it was cruel and thoughtless and caused hurt feelings. To invalidate my experience is just as cruel.

BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL SALON!!

My regular nail lady was out sick so I decided to give this nail salon a shot. I was told I would have to remove my set instead of getting a fill, which made no sense. When removing my nails she destroyed my nails leaving 7 of my 10 nails cut down past my nail bed which was extremely painful. When showing her a simple pink and white set with glitter tips she rushed through leaving pink all over the tips. I reiterated to her several times that I wanted white tips and she acted annoyed that I was asking for what I wanted. She quickly attempted to fix the tips which turned out exactly not what I wanted. I asked her again to fix them and she quickly put on the clear acrylic and ignoring my request to have them fixed. Even the shape I asked for for uneven and wonky. The lady literally said not two words to me the entire time I was there. It was awkward and unwelcoming. When going up to pay I was charged $90! I pointed out the price sign and asked her why she was charging me so much when clearly a pink and white set showed $57 on their board. She argued and said it was $75. She then told me she charged $15 to remove my nails which wasn’t what I asked for in the beginning. Ok so we booked appts for three people. One full set and two manicures. I rated them a two because they accommodated the last minute change to two full sets. However we waited 25 minutes past our appointment. Not always a bad thing, however, after waiting they were RUSHED to get our nails done to move on to the people who had pedicures and were just soaking the entire time we were getting our nails done. We were a group of three that were seated away from each other. The one that was given the mani wasn’t asked ANY questions during her service so she didn’t get the matte she wanted. Then the other full set wasn’t talked to so she ended up with. $72 dollar set of nails because explaining costs of service was just not there at all. And for me… I was talked to but my nails were not cut before the start of my full set so they are already lifting day two. I have one good thumb and one Meghan fox thumb that is BEYOND noticeably shorter than the other. And my cuticles were not trims at all so my nails are lifting day two!!! Would not go back!
