Sunset park is usually clean and well kept, and has more facilities than any other park in town. Occasionally, neighbors will have parties at the Pavillion and not clean up after themselves, but most are quite courteous and do. The neighborhood teens that hang out there can sometimes be rambunctious and mouthy, no real problems outside of littering and a bit of vandalism. We really enjoy the splash pad during the summer and the playground is very well equipped with jungle gyms, swings and a rock wall. Lots of gorgeous grassy areas and large shade trees for picnics, as well as two pokemon gyms and four stops for those that play pokemon go. Plenty of pet waste stations and always full of bags. Read moreThis park gets a lot of use. There are kids playground equipment, a softball diamond, a skateboard area, lots of asphalted paths for walking, benches to sit, lawns, bathroom facilities.
