My family has been coming here for years, sometimes dining in, frequently ordering takeout. It's our go-to Thai restaurant. Hands-down the best we've ever had and we've eaten at lots of Thai restaurants in the Spokane area and in various places out of state. Nothing comes close to Sala Thai. My favorite is Chicken Panang, with one star, on occasion two stars. This curry sauce is incredible! The Chicken Pad Thai is a favorite of some in my family. I like the Pineapple Chicken and liked it as well, the presentation is fun too, and the Chicken Satay. The outside seating is nice, and we like the new recent furniture updates they made. Very comfortable. The service is exceptional. Everyone is very personable and customer focused. 🔥🔥🔥 Sometimes I place a to go order and pick up a few groceries across the street at Yoke's while I'm waiting for it to be ready. They are very efficient with takeout orders.

I recently visited this Thai restaurant and had a generally enjoyable experience. I ordered something with the crispy duck, which was absolutely delicious. The duck was perfectly crispy, and the sauce that accompanied it was exceptional. My mom had the fried rice with tofu, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The tofu was dry and didn't add much to the dish, making the overall experience underwhelming. On a brighter note, I also got a Thai iced tea, which was really, really good. It was refreshing and well-balanced, complementing the meal nicely. The food came out very hot and quite quickly, which was fantastic and added to the overall positive dining experience. Despite the tofu disappointment, I would still recommend this place for its other offerings, especially the crispy duck and Thai iced tea.

My friend and I drove to Airway Heights to try out Sala Thai. This restaurant wasn’t on our original list of places to try, but when I saw them post one of their dishes on Facebook, I immediately sent it to my friend and we both agreed we were going there next! Next happened to be last night. What we ordered was what they call “Happy Boat” with Salmon, Shrimp, and Scallops (extra shrimp for my friend and no scallops). Let me say that it was sensational and we were both very happy we were able to try it. It does come with a side of jasmine rice (not pictured). They do close fairly early though, which does make it difficult for those that like to dine later (7:30 Tuesday thru Saturday) and are closed Sundays and Mondays.

I’ve eaten at many Thai places in many different states. Thai is one of my favorites!! my go to is either pad see ew or tom yum soup! This state is my first where they charge $17+ for soup and they don’t offer a small or large size… i typically get Both! But given the price I had to chose one or the other! Which totally sucks! 😭 anyway my first experience at this place, I decided to try pad see ew which is usually my favorite! I chose spicy# 2 with no bean sprouts and sub other veggies…. It sucked.. no bs... In comparison to anywhere else I’ve ever been, it was spicier then any other Thai I’ve tasted (in all states) but more so then that it overall just wasn’t good.. there wasn’t much veg (and I only ordered veg no meat lol).. mostly it was bland no flavor. Besides spice… If you want pad see ew I found that the restaurant 3 doors down was so much better! Called ginger teriyaki and Thai I think it is… I never intended to come back to this place in all honesty but it just so happened that this place was the only Thai opened when I was in the area… so I decided to go and order my second favorite —Tom yum soup! Thankfully, it turned out that it was DELICIOUS!! Lol I’ve found myself craving it ever sense! It was the second best Tom yum I’ve had..and for this I would definitely return so I’m sure they do have other Thai food as well that’s great…I just wouldn’t recommend their pad see ew. I’m glad I returned and ig sucks that it isn’t all amazing but given the scenario I would recommend going at least twice before judging the entire restaurant..🤓 lol. The staff has always been nice. It’s just a little weird seeing super white semi sort of hippy looking kids working there. When I had eaten pad see ew and it sucked in my head I said ok well that makes sense… lol it’s a little iffy since we don’t see whose cooking but I can saw their Tom yum is good at the...

Owner is rude and inconsiderate. Who runs a restaurant with their kitchen door open to the public where flies and other bugs can fly into the food they're cooking and YOU are about to eat. YUM praise to more protein I guess. Won't be eatin here no longer, I'm not even sure if they're wearing gloves.

FYI if you want to pamper Yourself next door and then have lunch you're garuanteed to come back to no Car! this parking natzi will Tow your car even when there's no signs specifically stating whose parking it is. I see a lawsuit coming up his butt! Hope he gets what he deserves.

slandering is promoting false information In which I haven't. But your Knowledge and intellectual level is probably below that. Sorry I can't accept negativity from someone who doesn't know grammar as well as spelling. Try again. People can actually counter sue for towing if proper signs aren't posted. You're rude, and from what I can see rude to your paying customers and children who eat there. A real business owner would take the reviews and learn from them to better promote his/her business. Not continue to be rude and bash the customers he once had. Smoking is a habit and to each their own, when I get my hair/nails or anything else done the students smell nice and I see them wash their hands. You're a child and dish out low blows because you can't act like an adult and own up to your poor decision...

My husband and I have enjoyed Thai food at Sala Thai many times, both dine in and take out. The food is delicious (in fact, some of the best I’ve had in Spokane) however, I ran into the neighboring business while Sala Thai was closed and the owner/manager came out yelling and threatened to have my car towed if I didn’t immediately move it. I kindly complied and moved my car only to find out he did in fact tow a car of an elderly lady who did the same as me while the business was also closed. I will absolutely never be back to Sala Thai for this reason. Not only are the owners rude but they are unreasonable. This is unfortunate as my husband and I enjoy Thai food a couple times a month and this establishment will forever lose my business. To be clear, if they were open and there was limited parking I would never interrupt that. But they weren’t and I didn’t. A Taste of Thai has hands down the best customer service and the food is also delicious, I would recommend supporting a business like that with an owner who cares undoubtedly about the customers who frequent their...
