Our Family was up at our cabin and we had just a few hours left to pontoon on Friday eve before the rainy and windy weekend. We were out for 30 minutes and our pontoons hydraulic power steering line came loose, we lost our fluid and ultimately our steering. Limped it to shore, Called Farm Island, closed at 5 pm, called Bill's open until 8 pm and they had the Seastar fluid we needed, ran up picked it up and thought that was it, fill the reservoir and we're good to go! Not quite how it works we found out, they explained how we need to fill and bleed all at the same time. Thank gosh they explained the details, had no idea!! Did what they told us and we were back on the water in 15 minutes.. ...

I bought a cabin on Cedar on June 29. Put the boat lift in a couple days later and the lift cable broke. Asked Tim if he knew someone that could put the new cable on since I had no experience with lift cabling. Tim said he could and came out July 3rd in the evening to install.
