I've never had worse service at a fast food restaurant. The first time, my husband and I and our two young kids there for lunch. It took over a half hour to get our food and then the order was wrong.... 20 minutes after that we finally had our food. They apologized and gave us a free meal coupon. We went back the second time to use the coupon, thinking the first time must have been a fluke. It wasn't. Again, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. After the meal, we figured we'd been there that liking, we much as well get some ice cream. We ordered and it took 40 MINUTES TO GET ICE CREAM. On top of this, the show on the TV was some gory/violent show with arms being ripped off and throats being cut. Not good for my 5 and 2...
Read moreI LOVE DQ's! But this one in Cass Lake Minnesota needs ALOT OF IMPROVEMENTS. The drive thru is very narrow and filled with pot holes the size of barrels. The blizzard I ordered was milk shake consistentsy..I couldn"t use a spoon, needed a straw. When I asked at the window for a straw and showed her my blizzard, all she replied with is ; "we will be closing in 20 minutes. I had no idea what that had to do with re-making the blizzard. But that is all she had to say before she closed the window...The old phrase " Good help is hard to find" surely applied to that DQ. Oh, and one more thing..never expect...
Read moreI ordered a small cookie jar with chocolate soft serve. got one that looked and tasted like vanilla. I called the store and spoke to someone who told me that it was made with chocolate soft serve. It might have said so on the receipt, but I am positive it was not. All I wanted was the blizzard I paid for, but was just told I was wrong without anyone actually taking a look at what I ordered. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I understand being frustrated or dealing with an unreasonable customer - but was very unimpressed with how this store handled a mistake that they refused to...
