Today, my senior mother waited at home all day for a delivery which was to arrive today by 8:00 pm. You read that right. That was the time frame given because a signature was required. Sometime by 8:00 pm.

She stayed home all day, and finally heard a knock at the door at 4:49 pm. She promptly hung up the phone and answered the door, but nobody was there. From the time of the knock to her walk 25 feet to the door, how much time could have elapsed, do you think? No, she's not disabled or on oxygen. Was she mistaken?

11 minutes later, I received a text indicating that a delivery attempt was made, but that nobody was home and that another attempt would be made again tomorrow. This time, it would be by 4:30 pm. How considerate.

I attempted to contact someone at FedEx to explain and get the driver back to her house, but guess what? Well, after several calls to Mumbai, this was as close as I could get. Apparently, Tom Hanks isn't in charge...

I always have a delivery issue with this place!! I live less than a mile from this fed ex building and can not get my package delivered be cause of light rain and it's 1:15 in the afternoon and it isn't raining now. The last time I had a package delivered the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked on my door and my door was wide open with the screen door closed and my mother'n law was in the living room. They had to re deliver it.... the package I am waiting to get was payed to be delivered in 2 days. And they are trying to postpone it for another day. Did I mention it's a wedding ring to get married in a different state tomorrow. The day they have postpone it to because of light rain and I live less than a mile away.. this center is horrible, the worst I have seen in a very long time !! Absolutely phenomenal customer service.

I came here to ship a saxophone to someone on Facebook Marketplace. About 20 minutes after I left, I discovered it was a scam and thought I was out $1000. I went back to FedEx and asked if there was anything they could do. They said the package was already picked up, but Baileigh and Susan spent the next half hour on the phone for me tracking down the driver of the truck who picked up my package. The driver turned around and I asked if they offered cash back so I could tip him, but they didn't. Instead, Susan used her OWN money to tip the driver who saved ME $1000. Unbelievable.
