Refused to replace or remake food that got stolen before getting delivered to us. It is about 3 hours after ordering delivery from their website and no food and no refund.
Edited to add: On the phone with doordash all morning. They are very interested that you are blaming them for giving food to a thief without checking credentials and then blaming them. Our total order combined with all fees was 91$ We have received almost 49$. Where is our money?
Why did you lie for 2 hours saying food was coming just to cancel our orders and block our phone numbers? We recorded all the calls with you and the doordash driver that offered to stay to take our remake. She said you refused to remake it after an hour of waiting. Read moreI was dissapointed coming here for the first time after seeing it had 4.5 stars. I stuck with something simple - chicken & noodles. Im not sure what sauce they put on, but it was not just terriaki and tasted absolutely terrible. The noodles were super creamy and had way to much pepper on them. The vegetables tasted cheap, were not cooked at all, and were lacking in variety. The meat did not taste the best either.
The atmosphere is strange. It is two resterataunts in one place. A mac & cheese place, and a hibachi place with american chefs (red flag #1). It did not look super nice inside, and they had a huge fan running on a particularly cold night with everyone inside huddled up and freezing. Really strange way to run a place..
Lastly, the service was incredible! Only thing I can say deserved 5 stars, and is why this review is not lower...
