Miracle Custom Awards & Engraving — Local services in Akron

Recently the South Summit Chamber of Commerce held their award luncheon and the responsibility of ordering the awards was mine. I tried a couple online places because I wanted something different. Unfortunately, nothing worked out, in fact... the place that was supposed to get me my awards by the day "before" the luncheon informed me I wouldn't actually receive them until (sometime) the day of the awards. In a panic I contacted Josh (without a lot of hope that he could help) and to my surprise and delight he was gracious and guaranteed me he'd take care of it. The morning of our luncheon I was able to pick up our completed order and the awards were beautiful! While I don't recommend waiting till the last minute, I can tell you that I most definitely recommend Josh and the wonderful people at Miracle Awards! I thought I'd find a better deal online! Forget it! There is something to be said for the hometown guy. Exceptional service, no hassles, no last minute...oops you're not going to get them on time BS. We received a professional product at a reasonable price and found our "forever"...

Josh at Miracle Custom Awards has been great to work with engraving names on water bottles for my bachelorette party. He was very kind and helpful with my many, very particular requests. He provided assistance with choosing a font which he ended up downloading specifically for me. Also, he was willing to allow me to drop off/pick up items a little earlier than he opened to accommodate my work schedule. In addition, he was quick to respond to emails and had the work done within my timeframe. The water bottles turned out exactly as I had envisioned and everyone loved them!...

Coming to the state I had to relearn and make new acquaintances and I could not have been more thrilled to work with this company. The owner is the sweetest and most professional I have ever experienced. He never disappointed us and always delivered beyond my expectations. I urge everyone to choose Miracle on their next projects, you will not be disappointed!!! I wish I wasn't moving, but I probably will try to find a way to work with this company even out-of-state! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work it came out beautiful and we hope your business thrives...
