Lots of companies reside in this building. The location is kept generally clean. The rental prices are extremely reasonable, excellent for startups and small companies. One of their best maintenance staff members left a while back, I have heard from local connections that it now takes awhile longer to get repairs completed. The room temperatures are not controlled per company, so you're at the whim of everyone on the floor and the staff that checks it every so often. Electrical wiring can be an issue with some of the older outlets. There's a shared circuit breaker per floor. If your a tech company, consider that ahead of time. Many levels had a circle floor plan which made it nice for getting walks in during breaks/lunch. Male bathrooms and female bathrooms were on alternating floors, I found this to be the most annoying factor while working here. It's nearby a lot of large companies, and in walking distance to many local hot spots and restaurants. The managers sometimes interrupt business with tours (if you're a popular company), and they don't always provide a heads up. My biggest issue was with parking - It was far away from the building, and the parking lot and sidewalks were not always paved nor salted in the winter, people fell a decent amount. During the years I worked here they lacked cameras, and being so far away from the buildings made it a bit intimidating when working nights or early mornings. My car was dented multiple times, no cameras to assist with insurance claims. Parking is not free, keep that in mind when budgeting. Giving directions to visitors takes some planning, as most GPS systems take people past the side street. Overall good for startups that need reasonable rental spaces, just make sure you ask a lot of questions...

This place shouldn’t operate as a coworking space. It is simply not designed for it in terms of accommodations or culture. I have been to many coworking centers and this is the worst. They do not respond to the phone with any questions you may have about registration. Days later they will respond via email. Once you arrive, you have a choice of parking at Spaghetti Warehouse and hiking to the coworking center (this is not a joke). Then you arrive at a gate inside the building and they check you in as if there is a line out of the door to get in (the place is deserted). Then you can sit on this perch not even not wide enough for a laptop or at a table with other office space renters. Then you get access to unsecured wi-fi without any password (who possibly wants that when companies are so heavily security-oriented). Then you can sit in the open space and partake in all office events that offices have there because there is no separation whatsoever. Then you can patronage cafeteria that was reminiscent of college bad diner. No one there seemed especially welcoming or pleasant. There is no sense of hospitality whatsoever. I didn't feel welcome at all. But wait, it gets much better. You can also register and pay for a coworking day and they will be closed. No notice on the door. No notice on the phone. Nothing. Even renters of the building pull on the door in surprise. And don’t expect to hear back from them. I will never go back, you shouldn’t either. No working professional wants this...

Secret Society Comedy is a pop-up comedy club that brings shows to venues not associated with comedy, so the first time I walked through the doors at Bounce, I knew we had to host a show here. And the whole experience was awesome. Rose and Danielle were so easy to work with, there are so many different options for event spaces, and to top it all off, hosting an event here supports local business. Couldn't recommend...
