I have used Computer Doctor Joe Santos and his son Geo for numerous years and I think that they warrant a 10 + Star rating instead of the 5-star rating provided. They have always been skillful, professional, courteous, and most of all, patient! Additionally, they have always communicated in an understandable manner. As an ‘Analog trapped in a digital world’ it is very refreshing to have someone who walks me through the problem solving without me having to decipher the computerize that all the other services used. It gives me great piece of mind to know they are always there to help when you have need of their help; and that goes double for my confidence of their help for my wife. I will continue not only to use ‘Doctor’ Santos but, will also continue to recommend his services to family and friends. This is absolutely proof of the expression “A dollar well spent” as you certainly get the biggest’ Bang from your Buck’ with the services provided by this superior team. I can't recommend Computer Doctor more highly. Their customer service is A+. They respond immediately, spend as much time as it takes to get even the smallest problem resolved, and have fixed my computer problems in less than a day, usually in a few hours. Today they even went as far as to walk me through the steps needed to connect my printer to my computer by wireless remote. Not their usual line of work, but instead of telling me to call Cannon tech support, they helped me out.

Mr. Joe Santos and his company have been taking care of my computer for several years and I am pleased that I chose them to do this work. First, I was in the electrical/electronic field all of my years of employment. I was in Electronics in the U. S. Navy in 1951-1954, then worked in repair and some design work of testing equipment for a Watthour Meter Manufacturing Company. Moved to Florida to work as an Electronic Technician for a Microwave Tube Manufacturer and then worked for a local Utility Company as a supervisor of electronic/electrical technicians. Mr. Santos and his staff are knowledgeable in the computer field and all of them are courteous and helpful He is very helpful to me since I have not had the necessary training to fully understand this field.
