Have been going here for years, never having a problem when shopping for gifts to get my girlfriend. However, in my most recent visit, I was lied to about a Pandora charm and bracelet. The woman told me that the charm I wanted was part of a set that only fit a specific bracelet that my girlfriend didn’t have. After buying both (and getting a free one as part of a buy 2 get 1 sale), we came to find out it fit on the regular bracelet. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I figured she had just been unaware - come to find out she is the manager. After being lied to just to make a sale, I returned to exchange the bracelet, later realizing they had took back the free charm, which was still paid for. Annoyed, we returned again, just to have them tell us that they would not let us exchange the free charm (which is the one that actually only fit the specific bracelet) but they’d give it back (which is useless). Thankfully, a SEPARATE Pandora vendor honored this exchange. Whether the manager took advantage of my lack of Pandora knowledge or was just clueless herself, she would know better than to make either of those mistakes. After many recommendations to this jewelry store; I finally had time to go have my husband’s ring and my ring resized. Well, we ended up upgrading our current wedding rings and couldn’t be happier! I am absolutely in love with my beautiful wedding set! As soon as we walked in, we were treated with smiles and hospitality; extremely nice and knowledgeable employees at this store in Waterford Towers near Chipotle. The ladies there had the jeweler, Demitri, answer many questions we had about upgrading our rings. He was so knowledgeable, super patient and showed us exactly the way he could make the rings the way we wanted. He resized. Remounted my stone, soldered the rings together all in the same day! We even got to meet the sweet dog there which was a bonus as I love dogs. We are absolutely thrilled with how our rings came out! I have found my jeweler! I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone wanting a fair price on jewelry, excellent jewelry repair and a beautiful selection of jewelry. Thank you again...

My fiancé and I needed to resize my engagement ring, and we chose this jewelry store because of its wonderful reviews. Let me just say, the reviews are not kidding at ALL! We both had many questions and Dimitri, who was helping us at the time, was very hospitable and kind. He was even able to tell us the specific kinds of gemstones that my ring had (the ring was a family heirloom that was passed down) which was so neat to learn about!

Another thing to note is how fast this store works!! My fiancé and I dropped the ring off at around 6PM on a Tuesday, and the ring was already resized and complete by the next day at 12PM! The resizing work was phenomenal, if you didn't know the ring was a bigger size prior, you couldn't tell from Dimitri's work.
