I stopped today into this store to use UPS drop off services, I ask one of the managers and anther associate if they have a scotch tape to close the envelope (she's refused) because they not a UPS store and not be able to provide a scotch tape for this service :) "but she side" I can SELL you a scotch tape? lol, Basically It's a VERY POOR or No Customer Service at all, Upon of that I did RETURN All My Shopping for my Daughter back to the shelf..!

This Store Lost a SALE Because of ( 4"-6" Inch Scotch Tape ) this Michaels Store DOES NOT Deserve a single business AT ALL..!

Clean, easy to shop, and all the expected merchandise you would want from this location. We had it in because we were in the area and I needed a few supplies in order to make some flowers. I'm admittedly not a big fan of the Waterford area because the parking and traffic just not fun. But, this location is worth it cause Michaels are getting fewer between in Orlando! The one closest to us just closed it's doors, so we've been going further out to get what we need.

I like that they have a standard set-up overall for the chain and that it's easy to navigate regardless of which you go into. This one is the same. They place items together by their category - like paper, wedding, yarn, art, etc.

They were quick on the registers as well so it was easy to get in and out.

Overall: A Solid store with all the normal jazz. I especially love their seasonal decor and...
