I wanted to replace my old laptop with a newer, faster laptop; but I was concerned about how to get all of my photo software, photo files, and other software onto the new laptop. Kyle at WSB first worked with my wife and me about our needs over the phone (we live an hour and a half away from Alamosa) and then recommended a great Dell laptop with upgraded memory. When I called to ask about bringing in my Dell laptop to determine correct battery, she responded that their turnaround time was 24-36 hours. Since visiting area, this wasn't feasible. She gave instructions to go to Dell website and get the info neded. My battery is not accessible without taking machine apart.
