My group of 6 (3 adults 3 kids) came in, ordered 5 crunch wraps zero special requests or anything crazy(1 steak, 2 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 original), and a couple of basic tacos with no lettuce. We were the ONLY customers in the building at around 10 am. on Monday, Feb 6th. 1 employee was on her break eating (obviously not to blame as she truly was not involved in any way and looked mortified at how we were being treated) & 3 others working in the back. The main employee we dealt with is Sade S. We received ALL of our food except the 1 bacon crunch wrap. We asked about it, and they shrugged it off. Assuming it was on it's way we waited patiently. While we all ate our food, the 1 foodless person waited. And we continued to wait patiently. After 15 minutes, the bacon crunch wrap never showed up. We had observed at least 10 orders go through the drive-through while waiting and being ignored. When asked about the missing food, we were ignored. FINALLY after waiting another 10 minutes and asking for a refund MULTIPLE times & asking to see the manager, another person from the back brought out the crunch wrap and gave it to one of our kids, not the one of us up at the register waiting for the food. By this time, we had requested a refund because they were making no effort to resolve the issue. When we requested the refund, Sade refused, stating, "we can't/we don't know how." It's not a bunch of money. Literally $6 & some change. The ONLY reason we were acknowledged was because we stated we were calling corporate. It was at that point. Sade basically ripped open the register and threw the money on the counter. The customer service, the way we were treated, was horrible and completely unacceptable. I highly do NOT recommend spending any of your money here & know that my family & friends will NOT be returning to this location. If this is how a small simple order for 6 is handled I cannot fathom how badly a large order would be handled. If this is the way they treated us, how do they treat the elderly or those less fortunate that can't afford to pay for a meal they don't receive? Zero...

I don't know what is happening here - our two last visits we were greeted with a sign indicating that they do not have ice. Sounded a little strange to me. Made me wonder if they did not want to remove the sign and just left it there and never filled up the ice/drink machine. We were also not able to order at the counter as we were told that counter service was being phased out for Taco Bell. I ordered my meal with the help of a cashier who I have to say was a wonderful person and very polite! When I got my table, I saw that many other folks were able to order at the counter. Thought it was too many people to be ordering just fish. When asked for the number of sauces at the kiosk, I ordered 3 and was given a whole handful of sauces. What a waste! Since I paid with cash, the counter staff called my name to take my money. Would have been simpler just all done at the counter. Especially for seniors struggling to get through the process. Food was awesome, but as I was leaving, I noticed a table wrapped with crime scene tape so as not to use. Making the matter worse was that there were 2 highchairs marked with signs to not use as they were broken or unsafe. What in the world! Please remove the broken items so you don't have to use up all your printer ink on the signage folks? Unfortunately, we will never use Taco Bells lobby again. I would rather use the drive-thru - get ice in my drinks and check out sooner and just park and eat in my vehicle. So Sad - please make a positive difference. Read moreI went to Alamosa taco bell... First they gave us the wrong order. Then came to running out side i stoped the car. By this time one taco was open in my car. The guy asked for the food back cause they gave us the wrong order.... We wrapped up the taco with out a bite out of it and put it back... The guy took the food back in side and asked us to pull over... Not 2 mins later i see a guy coming out of the store with the food in his hand... So with covid all over the world. U take food out of my car and give it to some one else.... Ok.... Then the kid brings us our food. Which was missing a burrito. So i went in to the store. To get it fixed and got the burrito and told them i ordered 3 but the receipt said one. I told them but u have messed up my order two times how are you going to fix it. They were rude and said we can charge you for the other 2 burritos. So once again u give me food..... in my car..... take it out of the car not knowing if me or my family have covid...... give it to someone else ......mess up my order...... fix it kinda and are extremely rude!!!
My family or I do not have covid but the point is anywhere else would let you keep the food and give you your order! Due to it was your fault
