I was excited to get the hat and hoody that I ordered online, but when I got the package, the wrong hoody was in there. I immediately emailed Alaska Chicks Co. to let them know of the error and offered to pay for the hoody I did receive and have the hoody that I actually ordered sent. Or send the wrong hoody back and get the one I ordered sent. They emailed me back saying that the easiest and fastest way to get my originally purchased hoody was to pay for the one I received and re-order the one I wanted, so that's what I did. They gave me a nice discount and I ended up paying less for everything than I would have. Great customer service from Alaska Chicks Co. and I will be ordering again!

Cute Alaska outdoor clothing. Wish the sizes were consistent and didn’t smell so bad. Both times family stopped by and tried on clothing, daughter and I broke out in a rash. Contact dermatitis according to our doc. Within 5 minutes, I broke out in a rash where the jacket touched my skin. Second time, daughter tried on a sweatshirt and she too broke out in a rash. Husband told me to try on a different sweatshirt to see if I would get the rash. I too had bumps and it looked like hives. Wondering if they wash the clothing in a chemical wash to keep colors to stay. Cute clothes but wish we didn’t get rashes from the clothing. First time in the shop was great. The military spouse working the register was kind and helpful with finding things for our entire family. Recently, the two teenage girls working the register are horrible at customer service. Upon entering they don’t greet customer or even mutter a word. And then upon going to checkout they rolled their eyes at me for “interrupting” their conversation. I’m buying Christmas gifts and I’m a nuisance because I’m interrupting two teenage girls conversation? Awesome quality clothing and I really love the other associates. But those...
