Sharing on behalf of my mother. She was a paying customer and was denied using the bathroom twice by two different employees when stated it was an emergency to both of them. The second employee told her there was no public restroom and followed it immediately by telling my mother to leave a google review for a discount when my mother implied that she was having an emergency. Any public business should have a public restroom (even if it’s locked with a code) but we both refuse to believe that there was no bathroom on the premise… they just didn’t want customers using it. Not a way to treat customers who are dropping a lot of money...

Jasper at wasilla was amazing, very kind and helpful and even though they didn't have the specific size I needed they were able to call the eagle river location and get them on hold for me or have them sent over if I wanted.
