I dropped on this week while in town and I have loved my experience with thhis gym. The facilities are spotless and up to date, with ample room to safely move. The culture is warm and inviting. Bill is great about taking the time to ensure everyone is healthy and prepared for each movement before the workout begins. During class he is motivating and coaching, and after class he takes the time to check in to see that everyone is well and he takes the time to coach one on one if he sees it could be helpful.

After talking to Bill for 5 minutes, I knew this place would make a man out of me. He was gentle at first, making sure I wasn't too sore that I wouldn't have to spend a day or two on the couch, but after those first two weeks, I can confidently say I'm able to pick up planets, let alone a plush.
