My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the renowned ice cream shop in Anchorage, Alaska, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable visit.

My wife and I have travelled across most of the U.S. and the the world, to say this is THE best I’ve cream I’ve ever had is an understatement. This ice cream is smooth, creamy, and velvety leaving you wanting more!

I was lucky enough to finally travel to Alaska in March of 2022 for the first time with my wife and Father in-law for the 50th anniversary of the Iditarod. Our first night in Anchorage we stopped here for some ice cream. Little did we know the experience we were about to have! The lady (I forgot her name) serving us was absolutely amazing. Initially she asked me if I wanted anything and I said no, then after some thought I decided to get two scopes with waffle cone.

Fast forward two days and we decided to go back (it was that good). Upon walking in I recognized the lady behind the counter. Not sure if she remembered us she proceeded to take my wife’s and father in laws orders. Me, being last, without missing a beat she said “are you actually going to order something tonight.” We all had a good laugh and even better ice cream. That is amazing customer service!

I think about this place constantly (seriously) and hope one day (soon) I can return to Alaska and make this an absolutely necessary stop on my travels.

If they could find a way to ship this ice cream to Texas I’d buy every day! Keep making this amazing ice cream!

If you’re in the area you are absolutely missing out if you don’t make this place a priority...

The ice cream here is truly incredible! The place is not fancy or pretentious because it doesn't need to be. Seriously, go there!!!!! I do have two complaints that keep me from giving this place a 5 star review.

First, they never have cones --at least not in the evenings. I haven't had one there in years because I only eat ice cream after dinner and by that time they have sold them all. It's just that their homemade cones are TO DIE FOR! So if you are ever there and you have the option of a cup or cone, get the cone. Or don't, more for me ;)

Second, and this is not an exaggeration, I have never seen more than one person working there at any given time (again, I have only been in the evenings). My husband and I always feel so sorry for the poor soul working there because they look so overwhelmed. The line is so long (often out the door) and honestly, it is an agonizing wait with only one person working.

So please, if anyone important reads these reviews -- excellent product but more cones and more help. I would totally recommend eating here though, and I do all...
