Nichols Park — Local services in Alaska

This is a small fenced-in park nestled amongst a housing development.

Never busy when I have come there. There is something special about this little park. It is on a hill so the water does not pool up in the park, so it isn't muddy. That is good for Alaskans as going to the dogpark this time of year... April, generally, means you are going to give your dogs a bath when ya get home.

The city does what they can afford. Some citizens do a little extra, but someone is not cleaning up after their dogs. C'mon people...
