KFC — Restaurant in Alaska

This place is terrible. First of all, they don't even know how to deep fry French fries. The ones that they served me were still a liquid in the middle with a crunchy shell - it felt like I was biting into a burnt potato gusher.

Second, the chicken strips. They had zero flavor. The only thing that I could think of was lightly salted water. The chicken strips were so dry that I had to take a sip of my drink with every bite.

Third, their "hot" wings. I was with my dad during this experience, and he was surprised that the hot wings tasted almost the same as the chicken strips. The worst part about them, though, was the fact that there wasn't any meat. They essentially served me dad cooked chicken bones.

Fourth, the atmosphere. There was constant yelling and shouting in the kitchen, and you can hear them gossiping. Of course you would expect to hear communication back there (it's a kitchen), but the shear volume and words being said were to the extreme.

I would highly suggest getting some better soundproofing for the kitchen (maybe some better doors). I would also suggest throughly cleaning the deep fryer and replacing the oil, and reteaching chefs how to fry fries. Adding some more seasoning to less dry chicken strips would also improve the rating immensely.

This was quite some time ago, but I kept on remembering the experience over and over again. I don't think that I'll ever be able to enter...

KFC stole 80 Dollars from us.

To explain what I mean it happened on the 9th on Monday.

Me and my Mom got off work at 5 and my Dad wanted some KFC for Dinner.

So we went there and before I got out of the car my dad gave 80 dollars.

So after telling them what I ordered for To-Go. It showed it needed $81.55 to pay off. Told them I could pay it in Cash and then Rest by Debit card. After giving them 80 cash it just needed $1.55 to pay them.

I put my Card In and went thou without a problem. 2 Days later (Today) my Bank went thou pending and wanted to check how much I have left.

It said I paid the WHOLE $81.55 ...... So basically they stole the 80 dollars I gave them and let me pay "The Rest" by Card. We went down there 1st before we would overthink of them ever stealing money like that.

We explained what happened that Day and wanting the 80 dollars back ....The cashier said "Hell no!" To our faces.

Molare of the story ....Please just pay your foods with your Card Or Cash. Don't ever say pay Half and Half.

Before I finish typing in here they gave us the food but they left out 1 meal. Check your food if it's ALL there.

My family are looking up to call Customer services on KFC...

Tabbattha took my order and we confirmed it 3 times with her and she still messed it up. Arrived home and checked the bag and of course we ordered 1 large mac n cheese and a large coleslaw a classic sandwich with a drink and fries. Instead of the large coleslaw they gave us the smallest one. I called them spoke with the rudest guy ever. Before I even got upset he hung the phone up when he heard my complain. I called back and it was him again. He claimed the he was the manger and could not give me his name. As a matter of fact he refused to give me his name or his supervisor name. You would think he would apologise at all during the phone call but he did not at all. The customer service that he provided was terrible. If I ever do decide to come back I'll definitely hold up the line to check if everything I ordered...
