I am both a personal and commercial client. Wife just purchased a 2021 ram 1500 and also had my mother purchase a new 2021 ram 1500, just had $12k in body work done to my personal truck as well as all mopar parts and service my shop needs or is not able to do with the electronics we have available to us. Recently had my truck in for no display function on my dash, no trailer light function for only left rear and only the trailer function, also a random clicking from under the dash just left of the brake pedal. Was called and told I need a BCM and I said fix it. Was called the next day and told the bcm did not fix any of my issues and that I needed more parts which at that time was not sure about price or availability. Towards the end of the next day I still did not have an estimate and was told it is the technicians fault we did t have answers, was then told they would put a different tech on it so I could get my truck back ect. At noon the next day I needed my truck so I picked it up and paid the $600 but nothing was fixed and still didnt have an estimate, I said Iāll take my old parts back and you can return this one. They then replied that thatās not how it works and I was stuck with the results. I feel the customer service is normally good here but very disappointed that with the amount I have spent here as well as my loyalty that I would have at least received a call trying to make the situation rite. This in my opinion is not professional and is a hard pill to swallow $600 for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust moved here 6 months ago and was my first time going there for service. Got the oil changed and tires rotated on my truck. Staff was very friendly and service was good. However, I assumed that my oil change would cost what was advertised on the website or would have been informed if it was extra ahead of time. So $100 later, more than double the advertised price it was done. My new truck is essentially the same as my old truck only a few years newer and I have never been charged extra when going to a non Chevy dealer, in fact it had never been serviced anywhere but a Ford dealer, who charges $43 for an oil change and rotation. I also find it misleading that you need an appointment for Fast lane, that seems to be an oxymoron.
Edit: I was contacted by their management who says they overcharged me by not applying a coupon for a current special. They're giving me the difference plus some car washes. I also wasn't up to date on my new truck using more oil so that's on me. I called where I purchased my truck and they quoted me a normal price for an oil change. It has something to do with a Dodge dealer not getting the bulk rate on GM oil.
Thanks for contacting me and resolving this in a timely manner. I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars because the staff really was great and I appreciate the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff & dealers were very friendly & cordial. With that being said, I bought a vehicle that had a $16k sticker price & after the āfees,ā coverage & 7+% interest, it ended up being $29k. For a used vehicle with over 100k miles I find that somewhat outrageous⦠I honestly didnāt even want to finish the signing when I saw the ending price, but they didnāt disclose that until the end. Then I get it home & Iāve owned this vehicle less than a week, I found there was a chip in the windshield. They claimed they filled it, okay. Then I find a dent the size of a baseball in the driver door they filled with white paint. I then find myself stranded at the gas station, vehicle was completely dead & wouldnāt start. I was luckily able to wiggle some wires around the battery until it started to get me safely home. I just feel for paying that much for a vehicle these things would have been fixed or at LEAST disclosed when signing papers. My biggest concern is that Iāve had this vehicle for less than a week & worry about the other things that werenāt disclosed to me that could happen with it. Especially for paying the same price as a brand new vehicle, which this one is not. My suggestion is going through a bank for a much lower interest rate before going through the...
