There are not enough stars available here to give Rule Creative Co for the exceptional photos and experience we received. We booked a senior session for our daughter as well as a separate family mini-session and WOW, our expectations were blown away.

For our senior's session, Samantha did her research by asking our daughter ahead of time for specifics about her interests and activities and took the time to get a glimpse into her personality. She was open to ANY idea our daughter had and made the shoot so comfortable, relaxed and fun! There was a lot of laughter, silliness and some happy tears from Mom soaking in the moment. The day was so so special and the photos are unbelievable! Samantha has the unique ability to SEE people and share those little pieces of them with the world. Not many people can do this, let alone capture it in a photo to remember and save forever. We are so grateful!

For our family's mini session, I worried we wouldn't have enough time to get a shot of each of our four children, my husband and me, and a few family shots, but again, Samantha nailed it! The mini session was perfect for our children's age ranges and short attention spans! I shouldn't have been surprised when the photos came back and are stunning! We only do family portraits every few years so I had been stressing about making sure everything was perfect. The session was so laid back, easy and fun! We've had so many positive comments on them - family from out of state have even asked if Samantha would travel for their photos!

Samantha is so incredibly talented. Not only does she produce amazing, quality photos, but she is a genuine, kind, and caring person that makes you feel comfortable before, during, and after the session to ensure your photography needs are met (exceeded, really). She has great ideas and visions for photos, but she also is open to trying whatever ideas you may have and encourages individuality. She sends out information and surveys ahead of time, seeking to get to know you and your wants from your session - all from a person to person level.

She truly goes above and beyond to make you feel confident during the process and produces the utmost quality in pictures. Samantha is one of the few photographers I trust. I know I'll be getting high quality photos at a reasonable price, while also knowing she puts her customers and their wants/needs into the heart of what she does; you can truly feel the care, passion, and kindness she exudes from the minute you meet her.

One of my favorite things about her, besides how down to earth and genuine she is, is that she doesn't have a set of particular poses that she does (you know, the ones that only "look" good with certain models/body types/relationship dynamics), but that she finds the right angles and poses that suite you; resulting in you not only feeling comfortable but "looking good" in the pictures, too. I'm my own worst critic, and I've never felt I looked decent enough in pictures, yet she's always captured the best moments of me and my family, allowing me to truly LOVE my pictures and the memories they've created. Samantha is PHENOMENAL. Initially I was drawn to her style--she captured such beautiful moments and made them look light & airy, which is exactly what I was looking for. As we were getting closer to the date, she sent us gift packets, including guides and books and little treats to help make wedding planning a little bit more pleasant.

The day of, her car broke down, but SHE STILL CAME. ON TIME. I would have been in tears, but she came with the biggest smile and the coolest attitude. She made all of us feel like ourselves, and special. I know she sees a lot of couples and weddings and family portraits, but the best part was that she made you feel like it was the only wedding she's ever covered. Throughout the day, she was extremely helpful and organized, getting through family portraits quickly and efficiently and focusing on candid moments. The photos turned out so beautiful, I can't stop looking at them.

After the ceremony, she turned the photos around incredibly quickly. This is for all the impatient brides out there-- Sam did not disappoint. She made blog posts with photos, gave us sneak previews, and posted on social like lightning. She also sent us our USB along with a HAND! PAINTED! WATERCOLOR PORTRAIT of us.
