My wife and I recently purchased a mattress at the Superstore next to the mall. I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences that I have had, and I'm not one that likes talking to a salesperson. I was surprised at how smooth and simple it was to find our mattress. The salesperson was fantastic, he wasn't trying to press us into buying, he actually encouraged us to look at other stores just to be secure in our choice of mattress. He was very helpful and informative, it felt like a helpful friend helping us select a mattress to our needs, both financially and physically. My wife wanted to look at other stores before we went to this store, but 15 minutes after entering the store she said there was no need to, she found what she wanted.The price for the mattress we found was much better than we expected to find, under 1000 dollars for a queen sized, memory foam technology mattress and box spring. They even helped us out after we bought our mattress by offering to allow the mattress to expand, as it comes packaged in a box, before they delivered it so we could use it the same day it got to our home. Very courteous. We got it two days after we bought it, because the next day was Sunday. Short wait, and since it normally takes another day before you can really use the mattress it was more like one day's wait.Besides the great service and pricing I really liked the feeling of supporting a local business with a friendly environment rather than the feeling I've had from being at other mattress/furniture stores where commission seems to be what drives most of the salesman. The only thing I can think of that might be an improve is that our salesperson liked to talk. In my opinion I'd rather have someone that talks and educates his customer's on mattresses and who is friendly, if not just a bit overly so. But that's up to the customer. Read moreSuper frustrated about my experience with At Home Furnature. It's been almost 2 months, and have been lied to multiple times, I still don't have my furnature.
When I purchased a livingroom set of 2 recliners and 1 couch I was originally told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery which would have placed it at around March 13th. March 11th rolled around, and I called to ask about an update. I was then told April 27th was the delivery date. At this point I had already removed my old furnature and we were sitting in folding chairs in our living room expecting a delivery soon. When I explained this to them, they said that they do have the couch in stock and can deliver that, but I would still need to wait for the chairs. The did deliver the couch quickly, but once April came I reached out once again arpund March 23rd asking for an update. I was then told "middle of April". April 7th (Today), I once again reached out... we are back at "late april", which at this point I just don't trust them.
At this point I honestly don't know when my furnature will arrive, and I feel swindled. I don't understand why the delivery date keeps changing, why I can't get a straight answer, and why I don't get delivery updates until I reach out asking about it.
To be fair, they did offer $200 off for my trouble, out of a total of almost $6,000, but at this point that doesn't feel like a fair reimbursement. If I would have been told I would have to wait this long I would not have...
Read moreMy family and I came here to furnish our new home. We needed a living-room set, 2 bedroom sets, dinning room chairs, and a hid-abed for our playroom. As we walked in the friendly staff walked over and immediately asked if we needed help finding something. Micheal Flowers was very helpful and full of patience as we walked the entire store 3 times looking for the perfect rug and end table to swap out of the furniture set we wanted. My kids were starting to lose their minds and the staff didn't judge us for their behavior. The manager and Mr. Flowers made sure that we got the best deal possible on the LARGE order we placed. Mr. Flowers was very personable and felt like a friend by the end of our trip to the store. When it came time to have the items delivered to our home delivery guys, Tim and Frankie treated my home with extreme care. They wrapped our entry way with moving blankets and put one on the floor so they didn't track in mud. It was a very rainy day. They asked me where I wanted things and made sure we were happy with our items. They were more professional than some contractors we have dealt with. We have had our furniture now for a week and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the items. The staff here are so sweet and honest! I wouldn't dream of going...
