Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albany

I have been to this location two days in a row and each time their card reader took multiple times to work. The first time the lady was helpful and got it to work but the second time I went today it was horrible. The girl that was making my drinks acted like I didn’t have money and said there was nothing wrong with their card readers and there’s nothing they can do and that they don’t know what cards they can and cannot take in a very rude tone. When I said I have money on all my cards and said I could pull it up she just like looked at me and rolled her eyes and said uh-huh. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I was doing something wrong. They work there they should know how to run their readers and what to do if it’s not working I shouldn’t be penalized each time I go because their credit card readers do not work. Finally a nice Worker stepped in and use the different card reader and got it to work and he said yeah they have a lot of issues with their readers and he apologized for his coworkers behavior but I will never go to this location ever again because I don’t feel like anyone should ever treat someone like that ever. The worst experience. It’s not my fault your readers do not work you guys need to get that under control and definitely not put blame on customers like they don’t have money or can’t pay for it...

Love Dutch Bros family, Dutch Bros was started by two brothers, and if you are a regular there you probably know that one of the brothers passed away, it began as family, and they certainly keep the atmosphere a close family feeling, I don't know of any business that gives back so much to their community's they have stands in, I know they have been a blessing in Albany, OR, they have helped our community many times, they lead by example and this world would be a much better place if others were as giving, being a born and raised Oregonian it makes me proud to know that there are caring and loving Oregonian's, there is plenty of negative in this world and those two brothers bring light where it is so...

Coffee tastes nothing like they describe. Only filled my cup half way and charged me full price when i brought in my own dutch Bros cup. The serving guy was more interested in talking with the girls inside then giving us the customer any good customer service. We went back to get our drink fixed only to have the guy argue about it. They did "fix" the hot drink by topping it off. My hot drink is incredibly lukewarm. It could be drank down by a toddler. I will never go back to this location. So disappointed. Rude rude rude.
