Albany Pizzaria — Restaurant in Albany

ordered pizza last night for my family. at 4:13 pm. The initial wait was 45 minutes. An hour and a half went by, so I called. They told me that their delivery driver didn’t show up and was a half hour late. I gave them my name and number and asked them to call me when he does, another 45 minutes go by and he hasn’t called... so I called again. Delivery driver still hasn’t showed up. I told the guy my pizzas will be cold. The guy on the phone told me he would remake our pizzas. (3 hours after ordering my pizza goes by) with extremely hungry kids excited for pizza... my husband finally called to cancel everything and refund our money. They said the delivery guy just showed up and he was delivering our pizzas. (3 hours later!) thy never offered to refund our order or at least give us a discount for a 3 hour wait!! I ordered through the slice app on my phone and already paid the delivery driver a 20% tip... he got a whopping 20% tip for showing up extremely late for work oh, and to make it worse.... I ordered 2 orders of pizza fries and received NO sauce with them. I will never order pizza from Albany Pizzaria again. What a huge...

Will never order from here again! My order first off was 25 minutes late..when it finally arrived I open the box and it is not even what I ordered! I call them and they tell me they will call Me back... eventually they do, say the delivery driver is on her way back to my house because she still has our pizza... when she gets here she says it wasn’t her fault but someone else’s fault it wasn’t right! Then asks me for the pizza she originally gave me so she can deliver it to the next person... not that I would ever, but seriously I could have done anything to that pizza before it made it to the right person!! I just feel like I’m food service if a customer receives any kind of food you can’t take it back and give it to someone else..disgusting! If I could give zero...

Love this pizza place! Pizza is delicious, cheese bread is delicious. Small family owned pizza place with a couple of generations working there. Inside is not much to look at but I actually prefer places that's aren't really updated. Maybe it reminds me more of my childhood when restaurants weren't so fancy. The prices are very reasonable too which is really nice in this economy. I would highly recommend stopping in. It's a little of the main drag but only by...
