Don’t get me wrong, she is EXCELLENT at what she’s does, however she lacks personality. She is never warm nor friendly. I gave her the benefit of doubt because we were new clients but she never changed so I’m gonna assume she just isn’t a nice person! It’s takes more than talent to run a successful business, you have to be personable. Again, she does AMAZING work! update Imagine having beef with your clients mother! Let’s state facts, MY daughter is the client! She’s 12 and has told me that you make her uncomfortable! I didn’t know you didn’t want her as a client! You definitely could’ve said something before you put your bad energy around my child! That incident happened in April of 2021! We have patronized your business at least 7 times since then! I came to town as a travel nurse needing someone to maintain my locs. I found this salon on Google, and after reading the reviews, I'm glad I took a chance and came. I loved my experience. She was on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. I am very selective in who I let in my head, and normally, I only go to my original loctician, but it was good to know that I found someone that I can trust with my crown as much as my location back home. So Kyla did my hair and it came out wonderful. I have long thick natural hair. She took her time with me, educated me on what I should/shouldn't do, and recommended products that I should use in between visits. I will definitely be back.
