Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albany

I go to this Taco Bell a lot because work right beside it. Well tonight my hubby went to get me a $5 dollar box and nacho fries and I didn’t want no beans or tomato and they couldn’t get it right. So I called up there because I live in Dawson I asked to talk to manager and she said this is her and I told her and she was like I was on the line he didn’t tell her that well let me tell you something he was FaceTime me ordering our food because he didn’t want to bring me something home I didn’t want.so I really mad because she trying to take up for someone that didn’t listen to him well he got the other $5 box with A burrito and a taco and he w anted spicy darito taco with no Lettuce or tomato and they messed it up to so for now on me and my crew at work who ever goes to lunch first will go to Dawson rd Taco Bell instead I don’t like rude or liers. What going to suck is miss Susie is going to be up set because we ain’t coming there no more but her night...

Tonight was a good night even though the line continues to move slowly you will at least have to wait for 20 minutes in line any night ESPECIALLY if you go after 11:00 on 6/26/19 i had a bad encounter with the person taking my orders name Lakeshia i didn't know her name until I received my receipt..but I ordered my child's nacho Box with no Guacamole after that I was going to say beef but Lakeshia insisted on me answering her question first before I said Guacamole i had to tell her i wanted beef first and she asked me 3 times each time her voice got louder and louder until when I reached the window the cashier at the front register inside lobby was looking back to see who was it she was talking to in such a way i assumed..i have my receipt in the vehicle but its 1:47am don't want to go outside..but I goes to taco Bell at least 3 TIMES a WEEK AND Mary nor any other window personal have ever talked to me like that..Thank for letting me do a survey ...

I came to pick up a door dash the manager that work tonight cursed me out because I didn’t know the inside was close mind you I come all the time and the doors close at 12am the manager. And I first came thru the drive thru no one was taking orders the lady in front of me was waiting 10 mins so I went inside and got curse out and pushed out saying get out his store because I ask for future reference what time they close , he said whenever he lock it cus staff always low and he Locked the doors at 11:20 pm tonight they need new management and I did let him know in the morning I’m calling cooperate he said he don’t care get the hell out his store I never seen such...
