First I just want to start off by saying I was a general manager for Little Ceasar for 6 years, so I know from experience that customer service means alot to this company. I just called in an order for lightly cooked crazy bread with extra butter and I was told over the phone for next time I am "not allowed to call in unless it's for a pizza that is not hot n ready. Her manager Nikki told her this because it's a waste of their time when they are busy" 1 that's a load of crock, I called this time because last time I came in to this store I waited 25 mins for a pizza to be made and I did not have time to wait very long today. 2 I want to make sure the General manager L. Ordered some crazy puffs, and I got blamed for them being flat since I was two minutes behind the order completion time, and it was my fault for letting them sit. I was told "they looked fine to them." Employees were rude, and said they would remake them but it would take 20 minutes. I'll post a Pic, and let yall be the judge. I also tried calling their supervisor and they keep hanging up on me. No cares given.
EDIT: I went back to ask for the employees names, and the shift leader said she was going to call the cops on me if i didnt leave. This place is ghetto. I'll be taking it up with corporate to let them know how bad they treat their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

I give it 5 stars for the lady at the front cause she was working drive thru, the front counter, answering the phone, and she would even make the pizza's if she'd been able to get to the back long enough. SHE HAD NOOOOOO HELP UP THERE AND THEY WERE VERRRRRYYYY BUSY, CARS LINED UP TO THE ROAD. It was the people in the back that didn't look to be able to GET IT TOGETHER to get the pizzas out fast enough, I was there for a out 30min.or so for 4 supposed to be "hot-n-ready" pizza's. But it wasn't by far. Pizza was good and it was Hot. But took FOREVER AND EVER ON A WEEK NIGHT AT THAT....
