Abitha's Metaphysical Shop — Local services in Albuquerque

Plan on wearing a mask and being forced to use hand sanitizer. The people are fairly nice and somewhat knowledgeable but they don't offer a lot of stuff. Maybe the pandemic is causing supply issues? I had just came from Blue Eagle Metaphysical store and compared my prices to some of their tarot decks and spirit boards. The spirit board was $9 more and the four tarot decks were a little more I believe. They do make their own incense and oils and they are good at it. The place is clean but their social distancing rules are strict. The sign on their door said only 10 people and one was waiting the registers while another was in the back working so that means only 8 left to be there. I am fully vaccinated and carry my card everywhere to prove it but it made no difference. They were polite about it but their hand sanitizer did give me rash and as I had two other places to go to after there and was to meet friends for dinner it felt very forced. I drive more than an hour just to come there, and try to patronize both Abitha's and Blue Eagle because I believe in supporting small businesses and specialty stores. However had I known I would be forced to use the hand sanitizer and have a reaction I would of skipped this store this time. I will be back at some point but not until the social distancing rules are more relaxed. I don't mind the mask but this rash is not fun...

I am incredibly pleased with the products here! I must first rave about the seven day candles - I bought a plain black one, and it is of excellent quality. The wax is high quality and doesn't get too hot (like dollar store ones do!! SO hot!!), the wick burns well without getting huge and tiny alternately, and the glass is clearly made to withstand the heat of long burns. Much safer and longer-lasting than other seven day candles I've used. I also utterly support their oil blends, as well as their application in the incense and candles. I've had excellent results with what they have recommended to me for various purposes, and will continue using them in the future. Herbology is fascinating but not something I have had the time to study in depth, so I love having someone to turn to when I need to move beyond sage and lavendar ;-). Thank you for all the great products...

Fantastic and best metaphysical store in ABQ. All of my items have come from here. Great selection of tarot, oracle, in house made oils, jewelry, and incense. By far what sets Abitha's apart from competition is their willingness to help customers, even when busy. Mikayla is their "baby" witch, but she is my favorite person in the store. She helps take the health and safety of the store seriously during the pandemic. She makes sure everyone has masks and sanitizes when entering so items stay sanitary. She has helped me with everything from healing/aligning my chakras, to assisting in spell breaking. She took 20 minutes to take me through a step by step process, with the products and how they should be used to break a hex. I have always felt so welcomed and calm by the staff. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and I stop in at least once a week to chat, look at new...
