I want to say thank you to all the wonderful team at Appliance Liquidators for helping me and my Partner. You all were magnificent.

On Sunday the 29th our Fridge went out, and right after a big Costco trip. My husband and I did everything we could to troubleshoot ourselves and even called out a separate Maintenence man on Monday (the holiday) to look it over since everyone else was closed. Our Compressor was shot. New home owners but not a new fridge haha. So Tuesday we hurried over to Appliance Liquidators and found a fridge we liked. It was a floor model and looked in great condition and in our budget. Unfortunately, this fridge didn’t get up to temp either within 24hrs which was a bummer and slight hiccup, but we went in on Friday evening and they helped us find a similar fridge and called it an even trade. They came and took the old ones and installed the new ones. My food and frozen items have never been colder. Victory! The manager even provided us with 1 year extended warranty. We LOVE the new one.

I’d like to again thank Stephen and Jeremy (I believe his name was that assisted us Friday), and the Manager for the kind and top-notch customer service. You guys went above and beyond to provide us with our needs and to the fastest of your capabilities when we were in a high stress situation. Lost all of our food due to long time frames of not being cooled but that’s a small negative in all the positive they were able to accomplish for us on such a busy installation schedule.

Highly recommend this place to any home owners that want quality but not for the brand new box store price. Their service...

I shopped on line for a Kitchen Aid Side by Side as the freezer in my 10 year old Kitchen Aid Side by Side was nearing the end of its life. I knew the model I wanted to purchase and although Home Depot was a couple of hundred dollars less, I purchased the refrigerator from Tony at Appliance Luquidators, primarily because of the positive customer reviews. Tony assured me the model would fit in the space and that any concerns would be addressed.

Tony scheduled the delivery for the following day. It was delivered, installed and set up by Miguel and another employee/contractor. Miguel was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, communicative and focused on ensuring the unit was level, making several adjustments. He stated that once I load the refrigerator, he would gladly return if it required additional leveling.

Seldom have I observed an employee/contractor exhibit such pride in his work. Miguel wasn't rushed despite all of the deliveries scheduled for the day.

I thought I had made an excellent choice in Appliance Liquidators however I just opened the refrigerator to fill it with the food and the freezer has built up frost on the walls and shelves. I called Tony but he is off on Wednesdays and no one else had anything useful to offer. I called Daltons and scheduled a technician but he won't be here until the 19th of July and stated it could be the seal or something else. Seriously? This $2700.00 Kitchen Aid is 1 day old and Appliance Luquidators can't offer any assistance. I DO NOT FEEL confident that they will stand behind...

We purchased a beautiful Whirlpool french door refrigerator on August 23rd, 2017. We also purchased a Maytag washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were delivered without issue. Over a $5000 total purchase.

The refrigerator however was the last one they had, so we agreed to purchase the show room model. The salesperson and us went over the doors and there were no scratches or dents. We were not purchasing a scratch and dent item!

When the items were all delivered on 8/23, the delivery staff had not wrapped the refrigerator correctly and it arrived dented on the front panels. We agreed to take possession of the refrigerator since we were assured by AL that they would order in new doors and replace them at no charge.

Today is 2/13/2018. After months and months of broken promises, we still do not have new french doors. Again, we did not purchase a scratch and dent item.

No matter how many times we speak with AL, all they do is promise that it's on 'back order.' I am sick and tired of waiting for my new doors for my new refrigerator!

I have bought my last several appliances from AL and have had no issues. But this is ridiculous. Honor your promises.

My daughter, during the same week in August, that I made my purchases, also bought a full suite of kitchen appliances, based solely on my recommendation. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone!
