The ineptitude of the employee that made my protein bowls at 1pm August 12 is STUNNING, to say the least. I sent my mom down there with very simple instructions. I wanted a single protien bowl with 2 extra foot long portions of meat, 3 portions total. The employee argued with her and ended up stressing her out so much that she just let them make 3 separate protien bowls that she was then charged for individually. This is unacceptable. How hard is it to make one protien bowl with extra meat on it????? I also asked for them to be mixed together instead of putting the meat and sauce on top like they normally do, and the employee refused. So now I have 3 different protien bowls with a ton of extra sauce and calories that I didn't want and that I paid 35 dollars for. I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted. Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired. They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter. As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done. Read moreCircus: The manager of the store at the front registers kept calling the Subway team who where in the back room of the store. Finally after several calls an upset over weight blonde, Chrissy if I remember correctly was mad at the world. She displayed an extremely bad attitude immediately, unviting appearance, rolling her eyes, throwing things out of her hands, making loud remarks to customers. Seeing this behavior we immediately left without hesitation causing her to outburst to say "Thank God" as we quietly removed ourselves from this harassing enviroment.
We didn't order food from this place and will NEVER return. Same on management who allows such destructive behaviors. This Subway doesn't exist...
